We all know that exercising is great for the body and necessary for continued health and wellbeing. Some of us exercise daily while others 2-3 times a week. No matter your schedule or routine, there is one thing each and every one of us needs to consider…form. Getting the exercise done is awesome, but getting it done correctly can not only sculpt your body but can also prevent unnecessary injuries.
